Red Velvet Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cake mix, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl until well combined. Place the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to chill.
  • While the dough is chilling preheat oven to 350° F. Greast a large cookie sheet.
  • Remove the dough from the fridge and scoop into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until done.
  • Let cookies cool to room temperature, then melt the white chocolate in the microwave until smooth. Transfer the melted chocolate to a small ziplock bag. Cut a very small hole in one corner of the bag. Drizzle the chocolate over the cookies. Let the cookies set until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy ;)
