Heat 1/4 cup of heavy cream in saucepan until bubbling, but don't let boil. Whisk in the chocolate chips until smooth.
Let cool while you make the ice cream mixture.
Ice cream
Whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy scream until peaks form. Gently whisk in the sweetened condense milk
Crush the oreos and genly fold into the cream mixtrue, saving a few for the topping.
Pour 1/2 of the cream mixure into a bread pan. Drizzle half of the chocolate ganach over the cream. Pour the remaining cream evenly over the ganache. Top with the remainnig chocolate ganache and Oreos.
Cover and place in freezer for at least 6 hours. Enjoy ;)
Notes
You can add more or less Oreos depending on how you like your ice cream. I like mine with lotsss of chunks so I added about 20 to my ice cream.
