This ice cream is the easiest and tastiest I’ve ever eaten. Seriously, only 4 ingredients, and it only takes a few minutes to whip together (literally). The hardest part is waiting for it to chill in the freezer.
It’s super creamy and rich, with chocolate ganache that melts in your mouth, and lots of Oreos. Truly the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time, and definitely one of my favorite recipes ever. It is truly the perfect cold treat for a hot summer day.

Notes
- You can add more or less Oreos depending on how you like your ice cream. I like mine with lotsss of chunks so I added about 20 to my ice cream.
